1Definitions

Throughout this document the following terms carry the meanings described below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of the Terms and Conditions more clearly.

• "ixbet" or "we" or "us" — refers to the ixbet platform operated at ixbet.world and all services provided through it.
• "you" or "the player" or "the member" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on ixbet or who is accessing the platform.
• "Account" — the individual player account created upon successful registration on ixbet.
• "Balance" — the total PKR funds held in your ixbet account at any given time, comprising real money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credit awarded by ixbet that is subject to wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Real Money Funds" — deposits made by you from your own financial accounts that are immediately withdrawable subject to standard verification and processing times.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "WR" — the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real money funds.
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, features, and tools available through the ixbet platform including sports betting, casino, poker, Teen Patti, esports, and all other products.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the sole operating currency of ixbet accounts.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and document verification process required before certain account actions including withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

2Eligibility & Registration

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on ixbet and to use any of the Services. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older. ixbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If it is established that a player was under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and deposits will be returned subject to verification. This policy is non-negotiable and applies without exception.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold one ixbet account only. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — will be treated as a violation of these Terms. In cases of duplicate accounts, ixbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings accumulated across those accounts, and return deposits at its sole discretion.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ixbet login credentials — your username and password. Any activity carried out from your account using correct login details will be treated as activity carried out by you, regardless of whether you authorised it personally.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported payment methods. ixbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The available methods for your specific account may vary based on your account status and verification level.

Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though ixbet reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits.

Withdrawal eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts. Basic verification requires your CNIC number, a photograph of your CNIC (front and back), and a selfie. For withdrawals above Rs 50,000 in any single calendar month, ixbet may request additional supporting documentation.

• NayaPay and SadaPay: 30 to 60 minutes.

Withdrawal to own accounts only. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. ixbet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Attempting to withdraw to an account held by another person is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Currency. All transactions on ixbet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ixbet does not operate any accounts in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of players.

5Bonuses & Promotions

ixbet regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus conditions set out here as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over the general conditions below.

Standard wagering requirement. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses on ixbet carry a wagering requirement of 35 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable real money. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 35,000 in qualifying wagers before any portion of that bonus becomes withdrawable.

Eligible games. Wagering requirements on most bonuses can be met across casino slots, live casino games, Teen Patti, and poker cash game play. Sports betting may count at a reduced rate or may not be eligible for certain specific bonuses — this will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Always check the specific bonus terms to understand which games contribute to the wagering requirement.

Wagering deadline. Bonus funds must be wagered through in full within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the bonus and any winnings accumulated from it will be removed from your account automatically.

Maximum bet with active bonus. When you have an active bonus on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or hand is Rs 500 unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings being removed.

Welcome bonus eligibility. The welcome deposit bonus is available once per player, once per household, and once per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitute abuse and will result in account closure.

Bonus abuse. ixbet monitors player activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Where such patterns are identified, ixbet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings without notice.

6Betting Rules

Acceptance of bets. All bets placed on ixbet are subject to acceptance by the platform. ixbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are binding on both the player and ixbet.

Minimum and maximum stakes. Each betting market and game type has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the time of placing a bet. These limits may change from time to time. Individual account limits may be applied where ixbet determines that specific account activity warrants them.

Void bets. A bet may be declared void and stakes returned in full in circumstances including: cancellation of the event, technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, manifest errors in market creation, or events that are determined to have been corrupted through match-fixing or other irregular activity.

Obvious errors. If odds or game outcomes are offered at prices that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error — for example, a cricket match offered at odds that are obviously far outside any reasonable market range — ixbet reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds even after the event has concluded. ixbet will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.

In-play betting. Live in-play betting markets operate on a real-time basis. Delays in data feeds, streaming quality, or internet connection on the player's side do not entitle a player to cancel accepted in-play bets. ixbet's internal data feed is the official reference for all in-play bet settlement purposes.

7Casino & Live Games

All casino games — including slots, table games, and live dealer products — are provided on ixbet as entertainment games of chance. Outcomes in digital casino games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Outcomes in live dealer games are determined by the physical dealing of cards or spinning of physical roulette wheels under the supervision of professional dealers in a controlled studio environment.

Results from all casino and live games are final once the round or hand has concluded and been settled by the system. No claims for reversal of a settled game round will be accepted on the basis that the player disagreed with the outcome, experienced a delay in their own internet connection, or believed a different result should have occurred.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ixbet. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and dishonesty: Using fraudulent payment methods, chargebacks, reversed transactions, or providing false identity documents.
• Collusion: In poker or any multiplayer game, coordinating with other players at the same table to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Use of bots or automation: Using software tools, scripts, bots, or any form of automated decision-making to play games or place bets on ixbet. All gameplay must be carried out manually by the registered account holder.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets specifically designed to guarantee a profit by exploiting differences in odds across markets, particularly in combination with bonus funds, in a manner that removes genuine risk from the bet.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access and use your ixbet account, whether for playing, depositing, or withdrawing. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder.
• Underage use: Registering for or using an ixbet account if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating a minor in accessing the platform.
• Money laundering: Using ixbet for the purposes of laundering funds of illegal origin. ixbet complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting technical malfunctions, glitches, or errors in any game to accumulate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operation. Such winnings are not valid and will be removed.

9Account Suspension & Closure

ixbet's right to suspend. ixbet reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time where it reasonably suspects a violation of these Terms, ongoing fraudulent activity, KYC verification is outstanding, or a player has requested a self-exclusion or cooling-off period through the responsible gaming tools.

Closure initiated by ixbet. ixbet may permanently close an account where a serious violation of these Terms has been confirmed. In cases of fraud, collusion, or money laundering, all funds in the account may be forfeited. In cases of less serious violations — such as a first-time breach of bonus terms — ixbet will typically void the relevant bonus before allowing the account to continue operating.

Closure requested by the player. You may request closure of your ixbet account at any time by contacting support@ixbet.world. Before closing your account, ixbet will process any pending withdrawal of real money funds that are eligible for withdrawal at the time of the closure request. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Dormant accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ixbet will send notification communications before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 may be applied to dormant accounts after the dormancy period is reached, to a maximum of the account balance. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

10Responsible Gaming

The platform provides a range of tools that allow players to set limits on their own behaviour and to take breaks from the platform when needed. These tools are available from within the account settings and do not require contacting customer support to activate.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your ixbet account. Once set, a limit can only be lowered immediately; increases take 24 hours to take effect to allow for reconsideration.
• Session time reminders: Configure reminders that alert you after a specified duration of continuous gameplay.

14Amendments to These Terms

Dispute process. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate the matter through the formal complaints channel described in the support centre.

ixbet aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. The dispute resolution process is free of charge for players and does not affect your other legal rights.

By using ixbet, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, and you irrevocably consent to that jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings being brought in those courts.
